For users with low level of digital literacy.

M2 – How to use the computer in your job: Focusing on the Office program, offering a basic introduction to Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, etc.

M3 – Digital tools for communication and collaboration: How to use the latest software for communication & collaboration online.

(EQF 5)

M4 – Basics of computer programming:
Focusing on what computer programming is about, the importance and uses of coding, etc.

M5 – Computational thinking:
A module that will help users to identify some of the elements of computational thinking such as breaking down data, processes, or problems into smaller, manageable parts, pattern recognition, etc.

M6 – Coding everyday:
Providing users with a compendium of examples, case studies and exercises that they can relate to.

The Coding4Win project equips adult learning centres and educators to deliver essential digital skills to women NEETs (aged 25+) using innovative, culturally responsive training. By focusing on ICT skills in demand across online job markets, the project supports re-entry into the workforce. 
Coding4Win is designed for women NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training), aged 25 and above. It also supports adult learning centres, educators, and trainers focused on digital and coding skills development. Of course, everyone is welcome to access and benefit from the platform. 
Coding4Win offers seven structured modules designed to build digital and coding skills: 

1. Basic Digital Skills 
For users with low digital literacy; covers computer basics and everyday digital tasks. 
 
2. How to Use the Computer in Your Job 
Focuses on Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) for workplace use. 
 
3. Digital Tools for Communication and Collaboration 
Teaches how to use modern online tools for effective digital communication and teamwork. 
 
4. Basics of Computer Programming (C#) 
Introduces the concept of programming, its uses, and fundamentals using C#. 
 
5. Coding Every Day 
Provides practical examples, case studies, and exercises showing how coding applies in daily life and work. 
 
6. Computational Thinking 
Helps learners understand core concepts like problem decomposition, pattern recognition, and logical structuring. 
 
Coding4Win is completely free for participants. The platform is co-funded by Erasmus+ KA2, ensuring that all content, training, and resources are accessible at no cost to learners.

Yes. Coding4Win offers self-paced modules, allowing you to access content, complete exercises, and progress through courses on your own schedule. 
No formal prerequisites are required. Coding4Win is designed for beginners, especially those with low or no digital skills. Each module builds foundational knowledge step by step. 
Yes. Hands-on coding exercises are a key part of the curriculum, especially in modules 4 and 5, which focus on programming with C#.

Technical

Yes. Coding4Win offers self-paced modules, allowing you to access content, complete exercises, and progress through courses on your own schedule. 
Yes. For programming modules (modules 4 and 5), you will need to install Visual Studio to write and run C# code. Other modules use web-based tools and require no installation.
